“In a life properly lived, you’re a river. You touch things lightly or deeply; you move along because life herself moves, and you cannot stop it.” — Jim Harrison, 2002

The Tomorrow River is a riparian mystery that exists among the low hills and back roads of Portage and Waupaca counties, Wisconsin. The water in the Tomorrow River flows to the Wolf River and eventually reaches the Atlantic Ocean, via Lake Michigan and the St. Lawrence Seaway. The river exerts a subtle power and grace that is generally hidden from the everyday vantage point. Tomorrow’s Watershed will serve as a repository of images of this sacred body of water and her surrounding environment, and a source of information concerning the various interests that threaten the river’s well-being.
